How far in advance should we book?
It depends on the event, but two weeks’ notice is preferable. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary by service option and distance. Tell us about your event and we’ll put together a simple quote. No surprises.
Is there a maximum order?
No. We can handle any amount of lemonade your event needs, from a small party to a huge conference.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve metro Atlanta, and we can travel anywhere in Georgia for larger events. Share your location and we’ll confirm.
What flavors are available?
Classic is always available, plus a rotating group of seasonal flavors. We’ll let you know what’s available when you inquire.
Does the lemonade need to stay cold?
Yes. Our lemonade is unpasteurized and raw, so it needs to stay refrigerated or on ice until it’s served. You can use our coolers, so you don’t have to worry about that part.
Do you bring coolers and ice?
Yes. If you’d rather not deal with coolers, we bring ours packed with ice and bottles, and pick them up after the event. If we’re dropping off into your own fridge or coolers, we can bring ice for those too.
Do you do custom labels or white labeling?
Yes. The whole label can be yours, top to bottom: your brand, your colors, your artwork, your message. We can design it with you, or you can send us your own finished design. There’s a one-time design setup, then it is delivered with your order.
Do we need to use bottles?
No. We can also pour the lemonade straight from a tap into compostable cups, in a variety of ways. Tell us what fits your company.
What is your cancellation policy?
All catering order cancellations require 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery or pickup will be charged in full.
