Due to the fresh nature of our made-to-order lemonade, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy helps us maintain the freshness, quality, and integrity of our products while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact orders@sisterslemonade.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will
review your case and, if appropriate, replace the product at no additional cost to you. Thank you for understanding as we work to deliver the best possible Sisters Lemonade experience!
